My visit to Boston

My mom, my brother Owen and I went to Boston. We flew up to New Hampshire. We were very excited to see snow and slush. We played in the slush at the airport. My Aunt Marianne picked us up and drove us to her house. We had fun playing with her two Chihuahua dogs. We slept in her bedroom. I didn’t like the smoke. Then my aunt drove us to the store to buy snow boots. Then she drove us to Boston.

In Boston, we went to the New England Aquarium. Outside there was a tank with sea lions. They were swimming and sitting on rocks. They are so cute. It was fantastic. Amazing turtles and sharks were in the huge tank. There were two divers in the tank feeding the fish. I was scared of the shark eating the divers. They also have penguins. My favorite penguins are the little blue penguin and the chin strap penguin. There is a gift shop where we bought souvenir. I bought a toy penguin and two pencils.

We went to stay with my other Aunt Tricia and Uncle Mick. They have a new baby Ian. He is my cousin. He is very cute and smiles a lot. I got to feed him twice. He’s happy and silly. I love him so much.

I played with my Aunt Leesa in her apartment. She is a lot of fun. She spoils me.

On Sunday, we went to the Children’s Museum with my mom’s friend. We had a long walk in the cold wind in the city. We saw a house from Japan. I got to try to sleep in the futon and try the straw mats. The house was very different. It was tiny compared to our house. We also climbed up a gigantic climbing tower. We played with huge bubbles and golf balls. My mom’s friend bought us nice things at the gift shop. We took the subway. It was very cold outside.

After that my family all went to a pizza restaurant called Bertucci’s. We had a good time and good food. I dipped bread in oil. And we played with dough.

After Bertucci’s, sadly, I crunched my finger in the car door. It was painful. I was howling in pain. Luckily my Aunt Marianne is a nurse. She helped me and I was brave and good. It still hurts now.

That was my visit to Boston.
